Wellington, Feb 20: Match 9 of the 2015 ICC World Cup between England and New Zealand will be remembered for a massacre. England won the toss, chose to bat first, and were bundled out for 123. If that was not humilating enough, Brendon McCullum came on to demolish whatever little spirit left in the England camp, scoring the fastest 50 in the World Cup history.

Did I see it right! #Finn bowled 2 overs conceding 49 runs. I remember such figures of a bowler when I used to play galli cricket #NZvENG

Rest of the teams should follow England & New Zealand's example & end their matches in less than 5hrs so I can sleep early. 😌 #NZvENG #CWC15

England know the WC was bit boring to watch the complete 50 overs. So they came up with the idea of #NZvENG match 😜

When we are playing in the "early hours" you just know the match will be finished before you've woken up #England #CWC15

Maybe England should concentrate only on Golf now, as they are so good at organizing High Tee. #NZvENG #CWC15

@BroadcastMoose A few pundits said England would surprise us and they have. They're even worse than we possibly could have imagined.

#NZvENG Either McCullum forgot that it was not 20-20 match or he is not satisfied with his price for IPL auction.

Eng Women make 122 in a T20I against NZ Women. Their male counterparts better it by one run in an ODI. Hmmm... #CWC15 #NZvENG
