International Women's Day: Why Virat Kohli said 'SORRY' on Twitter

New Delhi, Mar 8: Bollywood celebrities, politicians and others have a lot to say on International Women's Day. Now, Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli has also joined the group.

Virat Kohli took it to Twitter to wish Women's day and apologised for those who stalk women and trouble them.

Why Virat Kohli said Sorry on Twitter.
Kohli posted a image on Twitter saying sorry and said, "Sorry for the jerks, the cat-callers, the stalkers. Don't let them ruin it for the rest of us. Happy Women's Day."

Not only Virat Kohli, celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Farhan Akhtar and many more from the Bollywood fraternity wished Women's Day on Twitter.

International Women's Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women's Day, is celebrated on March 8 every year.

Focus of the celebrations ranges from general celebration of respect, appreciation, and love towards women to a celebration for women's economic, political, and social achievements.
