Delhi Police-led by Commissioner Neeraj Kumar were expected to submit their charge-sheet in connection with IPL spot fixing case. More than 30 people would be named in the charge-sheet. Earlier it was reported that Neeraj Kumar had expressed his desire to submit the charge-sheet before his retirement on July 31.
Dawood through Salman (Pakistan based bookie) and Javed aka Doctor aka Javed Chootani (Dubai based bookie) controlled Indian bookies like Ramesh Vyas and Tinku Mandi.
