Pune, April 16: Delhi Daredevils' (DD) all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has described his team-mate and young opener Mayank Agarwal as a "great talent" and is hoping that he plays for India soon.

Yuvraj and Agarwal combined for a 106-run partnership for the third wicket last night against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) to take them to a 5-wicket victory in match 10 of IPL 8. DD successfully chased 166 in 19.5 overs.
The left and right combination of Yuvraj and Agarwal was instrumental in ending DD's 11-match losing streak in the IPL.
The 24-year-old Agarwal, who opened the batting, hit a 48-ball 68 with 7 boundaries and 2 sixes. Yuvraj rediscovered his form to smash 55 off 39 balls (5x4, 3x6).
Agarwal, with Wednesday's knock, has moved to second spot (120 runs in 3 innings) in the highest run scorers (Orange Cap) in IPL 8, behind the leader Steve Smith (122 runs) of Rajasthan Royals.
Speaking after the match to IPLT20.com, Yuvraj heaped praise on Agarwal, who plays first-class cricket for Karnataka.
"I think Mayank was brilliant. He is a great talent. I have been talking to him from the start of the IPL and he played really well in the last game. He played really well in this game too; he is maturing and I hope he plays for India soon," Yuvraj told IPL's official website.
Agarwal in an attacking batsman. His style of batting is best suited for Twenty20 cricket. He was previously with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). He was one of the few players retained by DD for this year's IPL. For Karnataka, he has played 13 first-class matches.
