New Delhi, March 17: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Friday (March 17) rescheduled the second semi-final of Vijay Hazare Trophy between Jharkhand and Bengal and the final due to a fire accident in a Delhi hotel.

As per a BCCI release, the players were not in a position to play the match after the fire accident at the hotel, where teams were staying.
The BCCI has confirmed that all the players and match officials are unhurt and safe.
"The semi-final, which was to be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the Airforce Complex ground, Palam in New Delhi will now be held at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium on Saturday, March 18," said the BCCI release.
"The final will now be played on Monday, March 20 instead of Sunday, March 19 at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in New Delhi," added the release.
Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is currently leading his state team, was also reportedly present at the hotel when the incident occurred.
