EPL 2012-13: Premier League results report - Game Week 13

London, Nov 26: West Brom Albion cemented third spot in the league after a comfortable away victory over Sunderland on Saturday. The match ended 2-4 with Zoltan Gera, Shane Long, Romelu Lukaku and Marc Fortune scored for the visitors.

Sebastian Bassong's late header helped Norwich steal a crucial away point at Goodison Park against Everton. Steven Naismith opened the scoring for the Toffees but the match ended 1-1.

Manchester United remained on top after brilliant second half display to win 3-1 over Queens Park Rangers. United came back yet again through Jonny Evans, Darren Fletcher and Javier Hernandez after Jamie Mackie scored the opener.

Charlie Adam's lone goal was enough for Stoke City to seasl three points against Fulham.

Jordi Gomez scored a hat-trick which included a last-minute winner as Wigan Athletic beat Reading 3-2 at the DW Stadium.

Arsenal dropped points after a disappointing 0-0 with Aston Villa at Villa Park. Arsene Wenger's side couldn't close the gap in their race to the top-four while the Villans are out of the relegation zone.

Liverpool were held 0-0 by Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium. Brendan Rodgers returned to his old club but couldn't plan out a win despite creating several chances.

Newcastle United continued their slump in the Premier League losing three in a row. Alan Pardew's men lost 2-0 to Southampton and currently 14th in the league table.

Rafa Benitez began his Chelsea career with a 0-0 draw against champions Manchester City. The Spaniard was greeted with boos by fans at Stamford Bridge.

Jermain Defore scored a brace alongwith Gareth Bale on the scoresheet as Tottenham beat West Ham United 3-1 at White Hart Lane. Andy Carroll scored his first goal for the Hammers but it was more of consolation than a comeback.
