EPL 2012-13: Reading FC vs Tottenham Hotspur Preview

London, Sep 16: Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas will be hoping his side can earn him his first win as manager when they visit the Madejski Stadium to face Reading FC on Sunday.

Tottenham are currently 16th in the League table with two points in three games. Spurs must find a way to beat Brian McDermott's team who have not tasted defeat at home since January, remaining unbeaten for 10 league games.

Clint Dempsey, who signed for Spurs on transfer deadline day, is likely to get his first start while the manager insisted Hugo Lloris may not even be on the bench as goalkeeper Brad Friedel will keep his place.

The France No 1 stopper, who joined Spurs from Lyon for £8 million on deadline day, was unhappy after being left out as second choice goalkeeper.

However, no fresh injury concerns for Spurs but Younes Kaboul, Scott Parker and Heurelho Gomes are all out with injuries.

Reading's Mali winger Jimmy Kebe is expected to return after missing most of the season with a hamstring injury.
