Chhetri, one of the key strikers in the team, spoke over the phone from Mumbai on Saturday, December 3, and revealed: “I have got a firm belief that this time we have the maximum chances to win the League. I am saying this only after having watched Ranbir's involvement for the team."

Talking about the Bollywood star's passion for the game, Chhetri said: “Even after being busy throughout the night Ranbir joins us in the training in the very next morning.

"And he plays with us for full one-and-half hours. I become simply astounded after watching his energy."

Alexandre Guimaraes, the Brazilian coach of Mumbai City FC, is also delighted to have watched his franchise owner's involvement in the game.

The Brazilian coach also said over the phone from Mumbai: “Ranbir's fitness makes me surprised. He can run for the ball at same speed what the footballers deliver.

"More importantly, he is highly adept in snatching ball from a forward. I can remember that recently, Sony Norde had a great difficulty in dribbling past him in the training.

"He has instructed us to make the breakfast, lunch and dinner together. If he gets time then he himself joins us in any of the sessions.

"More importantly, on the day of the match Ranbir comes to team hotel in the morning even he did not have sleep at night due to shooting. And he talks to everybody to cheer up. And then he reaches the ground much before us in our every match."
