The most anticipated event of the day Shooting gets underway, Indians are unable to catch the action live as there is no live telecast available for the Indians, who are forced to catch the updates on news websites and official sites.

It's not new to Indian audience as Saina Nehwal's win last evening was also not shown. Though they played the recorded match, Indians missed their favourite star in action on Sunday as she recorded her first win at Olympics, after defeating Switzerland's Sabrina Jaquet in a group match.

While this has created a flutter among the enthusiasts, twitter has been flooded with best wishes for the duo - Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang who are currently participating in the shooting event.

Tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi also tweeted on a social networking site twitter saying that Abhinav Bindra's shooting event will not be shown on TV.

Mahesh Bhupathi ‏@Maheshbhupathi: Not showing @Abhinav_Bindra shooting on tv.... :(

Though its quite disappointing, time has come to take some steps to ensure that there is a live telecast of all the important events. This being the most important event, Bindra, Gagan Narang and Saina's events definitely need a live telecast.
