PGAI to conduct coaching camp for junior golfers

Chandigarh, May 20 (UNI) The Professional Golfer Association of India (PGAI) will conduct a summer coaching camp for the juniors here from June 7 to 17.

Fifty probables will be selected and an additional 10 junior caddies will be part of this camp. The caddies will be imparted training free of cost.

The camp will be conducted by J S Grewal Class A Teaching professional and Mahesh Kumar Class B Teaching Professional certified by the Indian National Golf Academy which is the only recognised body in India.

There will be chipping, putting and long driving competition as well as a nine hole Pitch and Putt Tournament at the end of the camp. The camp is sponsored by the Lalit Suri Golf Foundation.
