New York, Jan 16: The scandal tainted golfer Tiger Woods, whose image was blotched after his multiple extramarital affairs came to light, may donate 3 million dollars towards relief work in Haiti.
"Tiger Woods is working on sending a mobile hospital with 50 EMTs to go set up a triage," Hip-hop star Russell Simmons was quoted as saying by the New York Daily News.
The Caribbean nation was devastated by an earthquake which has so far claimed at least 50,000 lives and left over 300,000 homeless.
This move by the golfer has set the international media buzzing and has inspired headlines such as 'Tiger Woods Back to Being One of the Good Guys, Sends Relief Haiti's Way' and 'Tiger Woods does his good deed for the day'.
