US Open: Paes-Dlouhy win men's doubles title

New York, Sep 14: Fourth seeds Leander Paes and Czech Lukas Dlouhy claimed the US men's doubles title with a brilliant 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 victory over third seeds Mahesh Bhupathi and Mark Knowles.

After getting receiving a thrashing from Bhupathi-Knowles in the first set of the finals on Sunday, Sep 13, Paes raised the bar and got the required from his partner Dlouhy to grabbed their second grand slam victory together.

Winning the battle against his compatriot, Paes lifted his tenth grand slam title.
