Goldberg to return next week on Monday Night Raw

By Raja

Bengaluru, Oct 11: After months of speculation and anticipation from the WWE universe, WWE has finally addressed the matter officially and it looks like that clash between two of the behemoths of the sports entertainment history is not far away.

On last night's episode of Monday Night Raw from Oakland, California, the advocate general of Brock “The Beast" Lesnar appeared to address the comments made by Goldberg on ESPN where he wanted to fight against Lesnar upon return.

So, Paul Heyman went straight to say that Goldberg is fantasizing like all the other people around the WWE Universe to beat down Brock Lesnar but in reality, he will be taken to the Suplex City if he shows up.

After cutting a ruthless promo that he is famous for, Paul Heyman went straight to challenge Goldberg to a fight with Brock Lesnar. He issued a One on One, Icon vs. Icon challenge to the former WCW franchise on behalf of his client.

Heyman also said that Goldberg was listening and he proved it right by responding quickly on Twitter. He posted the following after Heyman's lecture.

WWE took no time to make it official by posting an official tweet on their twitter handle declaring that Goldberg will be present on next week's Monday Night Raw from Denver, Colorado.

WWE.com also posted the following, “The modern-day dream match once thought possible only in WWE 2K17 might become a reality sooner than you think.

"Shortly after Heyman's incendiary remarks, Goldberg took to Twitter to reveal that he'll be responding to the advocate's challenge in person, live next Monday night in Denver."

It will be after 12 long years that Goldberg will be appearing inside the squared circle of WWE. The pro-wrestling industry is already hyped up with this monumental return and we will keep you updated with any further happenings regarding the same.
