WWE News: Big main event revealed for Hell in a Cell PPV

Bengaluru, Aug 21: Kevin Owens involved in a feud with AJ Styles for quite sometimes. The rivalry began back in the post-Wrestlemania season and probably witnessed the culmination at the bygone Summerslam PPV. He got yet another marquee match with Styles for the United States Championship at the PPV.

Quite interestingly, Shane McMahon was involved in the match as the special guest referee. As reported earlier, there was a motive behind this insertion from the creative perspective. Apparently, there will be a storyline brewing between Owens and McMahon in the future and that already has started for the past few weeks.

As we have seen in the Summerslam match, Shane quite a few altercations with the prizefighter while he was counting the pinfall. The argument between these two allowed Styles to connect with the Pele Kick and a Styles Clash for the win and thus take out Owens from the US title equation.

Going forward, it is expected that Kevin Owens will put the blame on the Smackdown Commissioner on this upcoming episode of the Tuesday Night Show. As reported by The Dirty Sheets, this will set up a single match between Owens and Shane in a PPV.

Now, the next big event from the Smackdown brand will be Hell in a Cell in October. Considering the familiarity between Shane McMahon and this devil structure, it is being speculated that we would see him competing inside it, yet again.

To sell out the PPV, the blue brand will need bigger names into the card. So, Shane might end competing in the main event on that night against Kevin Owens inside that demonic structure. The story is likely to unfold from the next episode of Smackdown onwards.

It is one of the most natural feuds in the current WWE considering these two possess an altogether attitude, totally. Owens is a bonafide heel on the roster whereas Shane is a universal babyface for the company. So, it rightly planned this feud and the match has all the tools to steal the show.
