New Delhi, Aug 12: The Undertaker has always been one such character in the WWE that is surrounded by the rumours. All the years in his career, he used to be a mythical character where surprises were an integral part. That tradition continues even after his supposed exit from the in-ring competition.

In his last match at Wrestlemania 33, Roman Reigns handed him his second-ever loss at the grandest stage of them all. Following the conclusion, Undertaker decided to leave his wrestling attires in the middle of the ring indicating that it was his final bout.

But, WWE has never confirmed the retirement, officially which left the fans speculating about his return, once more. It's evident that The Phenome is undeniably the most popular superstar ever to step foot in the WWE. So, the fans just can't stop thinking that he's gone forever.

This is the reason why Undertaker's return is a part of the ongoing speculations, all the time. Recently, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted on this whether The Deadman will rise, once more or not.

Speaking on the topic, he stated that if a return is planned then it can happen against Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 34 but it is something that is unlikely to happen. Undertaker was bruised for a long time and decided to leave on his own. So, he is not coming back, probably. These were the exact comments from Meltzer,

"It's possible. The only reason to bring him back would be against Roman, and I don't see that at WrestleMania at all. Maybe the next year at WrestleMania, but probably not. There's a reason he retired. He needed a lot of surgeries, his body was really beaten up, it was time to go."

The wrestling journalist, however, concluded on a positive note saying that such returns from devastating injury happened in the past. So, this time, too it will not be a surprise to witness the Undertaker back in action. But, it is not going to happen, imminently as per his last quotes,

"He decided it was time to go before that, but he came back. Put it this way, it's wrestling, and people can come out of retirement at any time, but do the mentions make me think he's coming out of retirement imminently? No."
