Dehradun, Feb 25: India's WWE wrestler 'The Great Khali' aka Dalip Singh Rana was on Wednesday injured during a sporting event at Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
As per media reports, the Indian wrestler was beaten up by foreign fighters in the ring although the exat nature of Khali's injury wasn't known.
He was, reportedly, attending the first event of 'The Great Khali Wrestling Show' at Indira Gandhi International Cricket Stadium when the incident occurred.
As per a report published in a Hindi daily, Khali was admitted to ICU division of Brijlal Hospital where he's be under observation for the next 24 hours.
Khali suffered injuries on head and also reported of back pain.
The wrestler was, however, released from the ICU on Thursday evening, though he sustained some head injury.
