Bengaluru, August 21: Last night, we witnessed the 30th annual Summerslam event. The biggest event of the summer was filled up with a stacked card and turned out to be quite an eventful night. A chaotic fatal-4-way match concluded the night on a bigger note.

Check out the results from the show emanated from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Akira Tozawa Vs Neville (WWE Cruiserweight Championship)

This turned out to be a highly physical matchup as Tozawa tried to retain his title with his pendant Senton move off the top rope. But, Neville moved away and connected with the spectacular Red Arrow maneuver to pick up the win and become the new Cruiserweight Champion.

Cesaro and Sheamus Vs Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins (Raw tag team Championship)

This match turned out to be show-stealer. After earlier dominance by the tag champs, Ambrose came back with a huge Lunatic Lariot. Rollins backed him up by neutralizing Cesaro on the outside. He also super-kicked Sheamus on his face allowing Ambrose to connect with the Dirty Deeds and pick up the pinfall win. Ambrose and Rollins became new Raw tag team champions at Summerslam.

The New Day Vs The Usos (Smackdown tag team Championship)

Despite the resistance from The New Day, The Usos continued with their momentum on the Summerslam kick-off show. They took control of the match by putting down Big E with a superkick. This left Xavier Woods alone in the ring who was pinned easily, making The Usos new tag team champions.

Finn Balor Vs Bray Wyatt

To the delight of the WWE Universe, The Demon King returned at Summerslam creating a bone-chilling affair. Wyatt tried hard to play mind games and connected with a modified rock bottom for a near fall. But, Balor came back with two sling blades to successfully connect with the Coup De Grace for the win.

Big Show Vs Big Cass (Enzo Amore locked inside shark cage)

Enzo Amore tried to help Big Show by escaping the cage and jumping off that! But, it did not give any upper-hand as he was leveled with a big boot by Cass. Aftermath, Cass delivered two big boots to the world's largest athlete and followed it with the Empire Elbow to pick up the victory.

John Cena Vs Baron Corbin

The crowd chanted "Where's your briefcase?" at Corbin during the match to distract him. He tried to come back into the contest with a Deep-six but failed. John Cena rolled with his five-knuckle shuffle move and followed it with an AA to get an easy and his first ever singles win at Summerslam.

Randy Orton Vs Rusev

Rusev attacked Orton from behind while he was making his entrance. The referee kept on checking Orton following the assault and called for the bell. But, Orton hit Rusev with a RKO out of nowhere to pick up the win in a second to get the pinfall!

Alexa Bliss Vs Sasha Banks (Raw Women's Championship)

The champion was on the verge of retaining her championship by connecting with her finishing move, Twisted Bliss off the top rope. But, Banks kicked out and locked in the Bank Statement not once but twice leaving no choice for Bliss to tap out. This made Banks a four-time Raw Women's Champion.

Naomi Vs Natalya (Smackdown Women's Championship)

This was not Naomi's day as she tried hard but failed to pick up momentum on a number of occasions. She missed a moon sault off the top rope that allowed Natalya to lock in the sharpshooter. Naomi tapped out making The Queen of Harts, the new Smackdown Women's Champion at Summerslam.

AJ Styles Vs Kevin Owens (US title match with Shane McMahon special guest referee)

Shane was hit by Styles during a botched 450 splash move off the top rope to Owens. He was knocked out as Styles locked in the calf-crusher. Leading to an argument between them. This allowed Owens to connect with a pop-up powerbomb but Styles put his feet on the rope. He was able to come back with a Pele kick following with a Styles Clash for the win.

Jinder Mahal Vs Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Championship)

The Singh Brothers proved yet again handy for the champion. Nakamura was in full control when they provided the distraction by getting on the ring apron. This allowed Jinder Mahal to connect with Cobra Clutch finishing move to get the pinfall and walk out the WWE Champion.

Brock Lesnar Vs Roman Reigns Vs Samoa Joe Vs Braun Strowman (WWE Universal Championship)

In a chaotic affair, Lesnar and Strowman got face-to-face as the latter one put Lesnar through the commentary table. This kept Lesnar off the match for a bit before he came back and went right after everyone by giving German suplexes. Reigns tried to fight back with a spear to him but he kicked out of that. Lesnar then delivered an emphatic F-5 to Reigns to pin him and retain the Universal Championship at Summerslam.
