Bengaluru, February 14: Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin booked their spots in the Fatal-5-Way title match scheduled for the Fastlane PPV on Smackdown Live last night.

Ziggler with the goal to main event Wrestlemania, defeated Sami Zayn while Corbin beat Zayn's pal Kevin Owens to clinch their spots in the pay-per-view main event.

Ziggler and Corbin were scheduled to face each other to confirm the last participant for the initially announced Fatal-4-Way match for AJ Styles' WWE belt.

However, the scenario changed after the heinous attack by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn during the match which ended in a no result.

To fix the problem, Smackdown Commissioner Shane McMahon announced two separate matches between The Lone Wolf and KO, and Ziggler vs Zayn, and added if Corbin and Ziggler were to win, then the WWE Title Match at WWE Fastlane would become a Fatal-5-Way Match.

Shane didn't stop there, he also added one more stipulation for the matches that is if Zayn or Owens tried to interfere in the other's match tonight, then they would be promptly removed from the title bout.

Corbin vs KO was the first to take place, although Corbin was bruised from the attack by The "Yep!" Movement earlier in the night, he was up for the fight.

Owens tried to use every resource at his disposal, seemingly desperate to keep Corbin out of the contest, but The Lone Wolf prevailed by dropping KO with the End of Days to earn the win.

In the second match, Ziggler performed at his best and looked as crisp as ever against the determined Zayn. After a ferocious battle, Ziggler overcame Zayn with a pinpoint superkick, to pick up a pin-fall victory.

With the confirmation of these results, AJ Styles now faces a huge task in defending his WWE title against four tough opponents at Fastlane hosted by the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio on March 11.
