New Delhi, May 22: The final leg of the Lok Sabha Polls 2009 seems to be decked with twists. Along with the breakdown of talks between DMK and Congress over Cabinet berths, the National Conference is upset with the Congress for not communicating to it if the party president Farooq Abdullah is part of the new Union Cabinet or not.
Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that NC is not upset with the Congress but it was only basic courtesy expected on the part of Congress to inform the NC whether Farooq Abdullah is 'in or out'.
Farooq on Thursday, May 21 said that he has not been informed about anything on getting a cabinet berth and said he is proceeding to South Africa as scheduled on Friday, May 22 as part of the Indian Cricket Board delegation to witness the last stage of the ongoing IPL cricket tournament.
