Hyderabad, December 5: India will face West Indies in the opening Twenty20I of the three-match series here at the Rajiv Gandhi international stadium on Friday (December 6). India will be eager to draw first blood against the current T20 world champions and carry the momentum into the rest of the series.

This is a crucial series for Pant. The Delhi wicketkeeper batsman has been struggling to hold his own in the white ball formats and Wriddhiman Saha has taken over the Tests too.
