Dubai, October 14: Delhi Capitals clash with Rajasthan Royals in Match 30 of IPL 2020 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Wednesday (October 14).
While Shreyas Iyer-led DC come into this match on the back of a defeat to Mumbai Indians, Steve Smith-led RR are fresh off a victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad.
However, DC have lost just two of their seven games as opposed to RR's four defeats in the same amount of games. And in the reverse fixture, which happened just a few days ago on Friday (October 9), Delhi beat Royals by a huge margin.
Victory aside, DC lost their wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant through injury in that match and have found it tough to assemble a balanced side. DC also received further blow with the news that pacer Ishant Sharma will miss the rest of the tournament.
And with Pant also set to miss more games due to a grade-1 tear, it will be interesting to see what side they pick as the second-placed DC look to go back to the top of the IPL 2020 standings.
As for Royals, they were boosted with the return of star all-rounder Ben Stokes. They also will be high on confidence after securing a victory from a tricky situation last time out and it was Rahul Tewatia the man in focus again.

It's all over as Deshpande concedes a boundary and dismisses Shreyas Gopal of the final ball of the match. Delhi Capitals restrict Rajasthan Royals to 148 for 8 in 20 overs to seal a 13-run victory.

Can Tewatia take Royals over the line again? They need 22 runs from the last over to pull off another win.

Rabada bowls the all important penultimate over for Delhi Capitals as RR need another 25 runs to win in 12 balls.
Anrich Nortje, who bowled the quickest ball of the IPL, finishes his four over quota with figures of 2 for 33. RR need another 25 runs to win from the last two overs.
WICKET! Bowled Him! Nortje removes Uthappa for 32 to put Delhi Capitals on top against Royals.
Nortje bowls his final over and the eighteenth over of the innings.
FOUR! Tewatia cleverly plays one over the keeper's head off Rabada's bouncer. RR need 29 runs from 18 balls to win.
Ashwin bowls his final over of the allotted four and concedes just two singles from it. RR are 125 for 5 in 16 overs.
End of the 15th over and RR are 123 for 5. They still need 39 runs from 30 balls to win the match.
DROPPED! Tewatia gets a reprieve as Nortje puts down a sitter at fine leg.

FOUR! Uthappa reverse sweeps Axar Patel for his third boundary of the match as Tewatia joins him in the middle for Royals' chase. RR are 115 for 5 in 14 overs, need 47 runs from 36 balls for victory.
WICKET! Riyan Parag is run out for 1 after he is left for the dead by his partner Uthappa. RR are 110 for 5 in 13.2 overs.
At the end of the thirteenth over Royals are 110 for 4 and need another 52 from 42 t win, which is gettable.
FOUR and a SIX! Uthappa cuts Nortje for his second boundary and follows up with his first maximum off the edge as Riyan Parag joins him in the middle for the run chase.
WICKET! Huge one as Axar Patel clean bowls Sanju Samson for 25. RR are 97 for 4 in 11.4 overs.
