New Delhi, July 31: Delhi Police on Tuesday, July 30 submitted its much speculated 6,000-page charge-sheet in connection with IPL spot fixing case. Indian cricketers -- S Sreesanth, Ankeet Chavan, Ajit Chandila along with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and other alleged bookies have been named as accused.

Former Team India captain and Rajasthan Royals (RR) skipper -- Rahul Dravid was named as witness in the charge-sheet. Total 39 persons were named accused for offences of cheating and conspiracy under IPC and provisions of MCOCA.

To prove the charges, Delhi Police on Tuesday submitted telephonic conversations, legal order to tap phone, official documents related to seized mobile phones and voice samples of 12 persons, proved after CFSL.

The police had recorded voice samples of 12 people including Chavan, Sreesanth's friend and alleged bookie Jeeju Janardan, Amit Singh, Manan, Chandresh Patel, Jeetu, Sunil Bhatia, Kiran Dole and others.

According to sources, the cops did not record Sreesanths voice as he never spoke to bookies directly before or during the IPL season 6, informed an officer.

Few among the other accused, who have been charged in the fixing case, were -- Ashwani Agarwal, Vyas, Deepak Kumar, Sunil Bhatia and Firoz Farid Ansari and ex-Ranji player Baburao Yadav.

The Delhi Police also urged the court to cancel the bail of Sreesanth, Chavan and other accused. All three RR cricketers and bookies were arrested from Mumbai and several other cities of the country.

Sreesanth had spent 27 days in Tihar Jail in the national capital. Later the former Team India player was granted bail. However, his RR teammate Chandila remained in judicial custody.
