London, Oct 24: Arsenal look to put away their weekend misery as they take on Germany side Schalke in the UEFA Champions League group stage at the Emirates stadium in London.

The Gunners have an impressive home record against non-English opposition in Europe, not losing in 45 games. But Arsene Wenger's side are hit with injuries to key players.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlian is suffering from a hip injury while Theo Walcott is sidelined with a rib injury. Bacary Sagna, Laurent Koscielny, Abou Diaby are all sidelined.

Although Jack Wilshere played a full game with the Under 21s he is likely to feature on the bench while left-back Andre Santos will continue ahead of fit Kieran Gibbs.

Schalke face few injury troubles but coach Huub Stevens may play Julian Draxler, who suffered a broken wrist, with a cast on his arm if the player feels comfortable.

Arsenal have unbeaten home record while Schalke have failed to score in four out of fove matches against Premier League teams.
