'The Great Khali' crushes challenger Brody Steel in 'revenge match'

Dehradun, Feb 29: India's former WWE superstar 'The Great Khali' has finally sought his his revenge after trouncing Brody Steel at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium here on Sunday.

Dalip Singh Rana aka Khali knocked his opponent down in style even as loud cheers greeted him from the audience.

The 44-year-old wrestler was returning from a head injury sustained at the hands of the Canadian in Haldwani four days back.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat and Pradesh Congress president Kishore Upadhyay attended the event, which became popular overnight after Khali was battered by three foreign fighters last week.

Khali crushes Brody Steel in 'revenge match'

He was participating the first event of 'The Great Khali Wrestling Show' at Indira Gandhi International Cricket Stadium when the incident occurred.

Khali was up against three foreign fighters who smashed him with chairs and landed numerous punches over him following which he was immediately rushed to the hospital.
