Junior World Cup star Sourav gets berth in Jharkhand Ranji team

Jamshedpur, Oct 27 (UNI) Star of junior India's World Cup winning squad's member Saurabh Tiwary was selected in the Jharkhand's Ranji team for the first two four-day mathces of the domestic session 2008-09.

Manish Vardhan was named as the captain, as a 15-member squad was announced by the Jharkhand State Cricket Associtaion (JSCA) today.

Besides Vardhan, Subroto Ghosh, (Wicket keeper), Shabir Hussain, Ishank Jaggi, Saurabh Tiwary, Aamir Hashmi, Chandra Mohan Jha, Prabhat Kumar, Santosh Lal, S S Rao, Kuldeep Sharma, Varun Aaron, Sunny Gupta, Shahid Khan, Sujit Kumar Roy.

Coach- Kajal Das, Manager- P N Singh.

Saurabh is also leading the Jharkhand Under-19 in the Vinoo Mankad trophy for current season.
