F1 testing 2023 Live stream in India Formula 1 2023 season returns with the customary pre-season testing, starting on Thursday (February 23) in Shakir's Bahrain International Circuit, which is hosting the event for the first time.

All ten teams will take part in the seasonal pre-season three-day event that allows them to work and develop their new cars for the season till February 25. Sakir, which is a night-racing circuit, will host the F1 testing on each day to run from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM local time (See IST timings below).

The list of constructors participating in the season are defending champions Red Bull Racing, Mercedes, Alpine, Haas F1, McLaren, Aston Martin, AlphaTauri, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Williams

The F1 2023 season's first race will also take place at the same venue 10 days later in the Bahrain Grand Prix from March 3-5.

F1 Testing 2023 will be Live streaming on F1 TV. There's no information on Live Broadcast of F1 testing on TV.

In an official confirmation on its website, the F1 organisers revealed that F1 TV pro will be available to subscribers at a monthly cost of Rs 399 or a season fee of Rs 2,999. F1 is also providing a free seven-day trial for early subscribers.

The coverage of the F1 includes Live telemetry, onboard camera, and team radio channels access of all 20 drivers, pre-and post-race analysis. Fans can also watch archive footage of iconic moments of the sports.

Why do F1 teams do pre-season testing?

F1 testing before the beginning of the season is vital as it allows teams to test the new parts and changes made to their cars. Most of the constructors also work on the reliability issue of the car before the season begins.

Formula 1 didn't see any major changes in the new season after 2022 saw the introduction of a new ground-effect floor, front and rear wings, and 18-inch tyres with winglets. In the new season, teams have been asked to make changes to the floor designs.

F1 testing also allows drivers to spend hours with the car. Though they get to drive on the simulator for hours, it is a valuable experience for rookie drivers on the grid. F1 2023 season will see Logan Sargeant, Oscar Piastri and Nyck de Vries in make their full-time debut.

F1 testing is also majorly important for car engineers, who collect data on the new car and how it performs in real-time and correlate it with the results from the wind tunnel and simulation tests.
