Sydney: China continued their domination of badminton at the Sydney Olympics on Saturday, taking out gold, silver and bronze medals in the women's doubles.
Top seeds and 1999 World Champions Ge Fei and Gu Jun defended the gold they won in Atlanta in 1996 with a convincing 15-5, 15-5 win in just 35 minutes over compatriots and second seeds Huang Nanyan and Yang Wei.
China's Gao Ling and Qin Yiyuan completed the sweep earlier on Saturday, winning the bronze medal 15-10, 15-4 in a play-off against Korea's Chung Jae Hee and Ra Kyung-Min.
