Saina takes down Egelstaff, faces Wong in final

New Delhi, Oct 13: Saina Nehwal closed in on the Commonwealth Games glory as she stormed into the finals after overpowering her semifinal Scot opponent Susan Egelstaff on Tuesday, Oct 13.

The World number three took down Egelstaff 21-10, 21-17 to set up a final bout with Malaysian Wong Mew Choo.

While Sania begun the shine in the very first game, her Scot opponent for a very brief period managed to take over in the second.

However, Egelstaff's 17-16 lead did not last long as Saina brought her ace game and did not let the home crowd down.
