India's fight at Japan Open ends as Kashyap falls

New Delhi, Sep 24: India's P Kashyap crashed out of Japan Open Super Series ending the country's campaign in the tournament.

The young shutter fell to third seed Peter Hoeg Gade in Tokyo on Thursday, Sep 24 in the men's singles pre-quarterfinal.

Gade ousted Kashyap 10-21, 10-21 in a match just lasted a little over half hour.

With the defeat of India's lone surviving player at the tournament, country's fight ends as Saina Nehwal, Jwala Gutta and V Diju had crashed out earlier.
