KKR vs SRH: 'Scamsters' Travis Head, Ishan Kishan, Abhishek Sharma trolled by fans after another flop show

By MyKhel Staff

KKR vs SRH: Another match, another disappointing outing for Sunrisers Hyderabad's aggressive top order. Travis Head, Ishan Kishan, and Abhishek Sharma once again crumbled under pressure, triggering a barrage of criticism from fans who have now dubbed them the biggest "scamsters" of IPL 2025.

Kolkata Knight Riders, after posting a formidable 200/6 on the back of fifties from Venkatesh Iyer and Angkrish Raghuvanshi, made quick work of Hyderabad's much-hyped batting unit at the Eden Gardens.

It took only three overs for KKR's bowlers to dismantle SRH's explosive trio, reducing them to a precarious 9/2. The Sunrisers' powerplay horror show continued, drawing the ire of fans who took to social media to vent their frustration.

Head, who had been touted as the aggressor-in-chief, managed just four runs before skying one off Vaibhav Arora's second delivery of the match. "KKR have officially turned Travis Head into 'Travis Tail'! His SRH record vs KKR: 0(2), 0(1), 4(2) - Absolute pocket-sized monster!" quipped a fan, mocking the Australian batter's continued struggles against the Knights.

Ishan Kishan, another high-profile signing, fared no better. His attempt to dominate from ball one ended in disaster as he nicked one straight to Ajinkya Rahane at slip. "Ishan Kishan was a one-match wonder. You can't hit every bowler from ball one; they have a game plan against these blind sloggers like Kishan, Abhishek, and Travis Head," wrote another fan, taking aim at SRH's high-risk batting approach.

Abhishek Sharma's inconsistent performances were also under the scanner. The left-hander, who has shown flashes of brilliance but has struggled for consistency, departed after a scratchy two off six balls.

"The biggest scam is Abhishek Sharma even getting in the discussion. He has one good game in ten, and people forget the other nine failures. His PR is way better than his batting," a frustrated supporter remarked.

Sunrisers' batting collapses have now become a recurring theme, with the team struggling to execute their fearless approach. SRH's insistence on all-out attack has backfired, leaving them in shambles early in the innings yet again. As they continue their roller-coaster campaign, their top order will have to find a way to navigate disciplined bowling attacks-or risk becoming permanent punchlines for the internet's ever-watchful critics.
