The match between the losing semi-finalists in women's singles will see Saina, the world number five, facing world number two Wang Xin.
Saina lost her semi-final match to world number one Wang Yihan 13-21, 13-21 at the Wembley Arena on Friday.
"Wang was simply too fast for me. I was not moving well on the court and she exploited that. I made some errors in crucial stages which did not help me," Saina said after her match on Friday.
"I tried hard in some areas but she just did not allow me to settle down and engage in rallies. She was finishing off quickly and was coming upto the net to attack. I could not counter that kind of game," Saina added.
Left-handed Xin lost to her compatriot Xuerui Li 20-22, 18-21 in the second semi-final.
The 22-year-old, Saina has previously played Xin on six occasions and the head-to-head record is 6-2 in favour of the Chinese.
After having lost to the world's top player, Saina will now challenge the second best in the world. Again it will be an uphill task for the girl from Hyderabad.
