Passion for Sports

Thyberg's love for sports began in childhood. She was fascinated by the technique of performing a long jump from the first time she tried it. She enjoys the varied training week that includes running technique, strength training, and jumping.

Ambitions for Paris 2024

Artistic Endeavours

In addition to her athletic career, Thyberg co-founded Some Other Waves with her twin sister Carla in March 2019. The Copenhagen-based art business focuses on murals and hand-painted art inspired by their childhood memories at Danish beaches. Their work has been exhibited in Denmark.

Paralympic Poster Design

Thyberg designed a poster for Parasport Danmark ahead of the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. She aimed to create an image where every Para athlete could recognise themselves and feel represented.
