Claire Cashmore Biography

After the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Cashmore decided to switch to Para triathlon. She had always wanted to try triathlon, especially after its debut at the Rio Games. The transition was challenging but rewarding, allowing her to train across three sports instead of one.

Cashmore trains in Loughborough, England. In 2023, she faced a knee injury but continued her rigorous training regimen. Her dedication is evident as she prepares for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. Despite the challenges, she remains committed to her sport.
