Unique Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party is more entertaining than Delhi Daredevils

What is more entertaining? Politics or cricket? Generally, it is cricket which will win hands down if such a poll is held but in Delhi, the result could be different, thanks to a new type of political outfit which has come to power in that state.

IPL 2015 Special; Swami Agnivesh's shocking accusations against Kejriwal; Match Preview: DD vs KXIP

It is surprising to see how a party, which has come to power with a massive mandate in an election just two months ago, is ready to ruin the opportunity that the people have given it for the second time in 15 months just because a few individuals are failing to accommodate their own colleagues.

India's party system is often accused of reaching the nadir in terms of credibility but to see a party which has claimed itself to be a fresh experiment and begs to differ with the status quo engaging itself in a game of mutually assured destruction is something unique.

Can anything be more entertaining than the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) whose chief has even been accused of plotting a conspiracy to kill veteran social activist Anna Hazare and siphoning off huge money from hazare's fund in the past?

Allegations, counter-allegations, sting operations. you name it and the AAP is ready to entertain

Allegations, counter-allegations, sting operations, ruckus at party meeting, removing senior members from the national executive have been the high points of the AAP's journey so far as the ruling party of Delhi. Almost every day, there is something or the other that the AAP is producing to keep the audience entertained.

Delhi Daredevils on the other hand, have failed to excite the audience

Take the performance of the Delhi Daredevils, the team from Delhi playing the Indian Premier League, in comparison. Led by South African JP Duminy and coached by Garry Kirsten, they have lost both their games played so far including by 1 run to the Chennai Super Kings.

5 wins in 32 matches: Can a tip from Kejriwal help them turn around?

The Daredevils is the only team that has played in each edition of the IPL but never could make the final. Their best performance has been finishing 3rd in the 2009 and 2012 editions but they ended at the bottom of the table in the last two editions.

The Daredevils have won just 5 of their last 27 matches in the IPL, a performance which certainly makes them a distant second to the Kejriwal government in terms of excitement.

Can Chief Minister Kejriwal give some tip to the Daredevils to produce a miracle?
