In a clash of former champions, Adelaide Strikers and Brisbane Heat lock horns in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) season 9 final at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Saturday (December 2).
The Strikers led by Tahlia McGrath sealed their final berth as table-toppers, while Jess Jonassen's Heat had to get past Sydney Thunder in the Eliminator and Perth Scorchers in the Challenger Final to book their spot in the summit clash.

This will be the two sides second title clash, having previously met in the season 5 final. This will also be Adelaide Strikers' third successive final and fourth overall, while this will be Brisbane Heat's third final and the first since their meeting against Strikers in season 5.
While this will be their second final meeting, Adelaide Strikers and Brisbane Heat have crossed paths over 20 times so far in the Women's Big Bash League since the tournament's inception in 2016. They also clashed twice earlier this season. So, let's take a look at their head to head record.
