AFG vs BAN: Rahmanullah Gurbaz Matches Sachin Tendulkar Record With 8th ODI Century

Rahmanullah Gurbaz on Monday (November 11) went past Virat Kohli and matched legendary Sachin Tendulkar record with his eighth ODI century during Afghanistan's 5-wicket victory over Bangladesh in the 3rd ODI at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Sharjah.

Chasing 247, Gurbaz smashed 101 off 120 balls and shared a 100-run stand with Azmatullah Omarzai (70* off 77 balls) to help Afghanistan clinch the series 2-1 with 10 balls to spare.

Following his knock filled with 7 sixes and 5 fours, Gurbaz went level with Indian icon Tendulkar and South African wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock for most ODI centuries at the age of 22.
