The third edition of the Andhra Premier League - APL 2024 is down to four teams after the league phase saw four teams to book their spots in the playoffs in the T20 tournament organized by the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA).

Like the last two editions, six teams - Bezawada Tigers, Coastal Riders, Uttarandhra Lions, Rayalaseema Kings, Vizag Warriors and Godavari Titans battled in the league phase to earn a spot in the APL 2024 playoffs.

Following the completion of the league phase, the top four teams earned their spots in the knockout round - APL Playoffs, which features four matches - the eliminator followed by the two qualifiers and then the all important final.

In Qualifier 1, the first placed team and second placed team lock horns to earn a direct entry into the final, while it won't be the end of the road for the losing team as they get a second shot at reaching the title clash via Qualifier 2.

In the Eliminator, the third placed team faces the fourth placed in a direct knockout contest in which the winner earns a spot in Qualifier 2, where they will face the loser of Qualifier 1, while the eliminator loser will head home.

Which 4 teams have qualified for Andhra Premier League 2024 playoffs?

On July 9, Rayalaseema Kings, Uttarandhra Lions, Vizag Warriors and Coastal Riders booked their spots in the APL Playoffs. Kings will face Lions in Qualifier 1, while Riders and Warriors will lock horns in the Eliminator.

Meanwhile Godavari Titans and winless Bezawada Tigers have been eliminated from the playoff race, having finished in the fifth and sixth positions on the APL points table. Here is a look at the current standings:
