A massive day awaits on Monday as England and Australia prepare for a crucial Day 4 of the 1st Ashes Test at Edgbaston.

Australia were bundled out for 386 runs as England received a slender 7-run lead. It was a rain-marred day on Sunday as almost 57 overs were lost due to rain. England were on 28 for 2 when the rain came and as per the weather prediction, it took a toll on the match.

The weather forecast for Birmingham on Day 4 of the 1st Test does look a decent one. The diurnal temperature will be around 20° C, which may go down to around 15° C in the night.

Rain Prediction: It will come as a big boost for both teams as there is almost no chance for rain on Monday. The sky is set to remain partly cloudy but we may see the entirety of the day's play.

Wind Speed: There will be a gentle breeze of around 7 to 9 km/hour from the northeast direction throughout the whole day. With overcast conditions, bowlers can expect some kind of swing in the early hours of the day.
