Bengaluru, August 9: Ashok Dinda received two awards in the annual award ceremony function organized by Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB). One was the best bowler's award for the last season and the other award was the highest wicket taker's award.

Dinda still did not seem content. The rookie fast bowler of Bengal has scalped 353 first class wickets so far. Now his aim is to get into the 400 club for the first time from Bengal.

Dinda who also has been regular in IPL and represented the country in one-day international matches, said on Tuesday after receiving awards, "I have already captured 353 first class wickets. I am now thinking only of 47 wickets more to achieve 400 wickets."

"If I can achieve that figure then I will be the first bowler from Bengal to get into 400 wicket taking club. So I have written my target on the wall of my room. That is mission 47. I am aiming at scalping these 47 wickets in Ranji Trophy in the very next season."

This might have been the reason, Dinda rushed to Eden Gardens immediately after the completion of annual award ceremony function to start fitness training.

Tuesday was seventh time, Dinda got best bowler's annual award.

He added, "I am happy to think that I have got rewards against my hard work with ball and more importantly my commitment towards Bengal has been rewarded."

But at the same time, Dinda did not forget to reveal that one of his important dreams is to make Bengal Ranji Trophy champion.

He clarified, "We have not been able to win Ranji Trophy for long time. I often dream of being one of the winning members of Bengal team."

Dinda had also praise for Bengal's next generation fast bowlers. He said, "Kanisk Seth, Ishan Porel, Sayan Ghosh, all of them are talented and they have good prospect."
