India record at Pallekele Stadium

India have played 3 ODI matches at the Kandy stadium and have won all three of them. They played all of their three matches against Sri Lanka and won those matches by 20 runs (2012), 3 wickets (2017) and 6 wickets (2017) respectively.

India are the only team to have a 100 percent winning record in Kandy in ODIs.

For Pakistan, the record is mostly a mixed bag. The Pakistanis have played 5 ODIs in Pallekele, and have managed only 2 wins over the years. They played the very first match of the Pallekele Stadium in World Cup 2011 against New Zealand, which the Black Caps won by 110 runs.
