KL Rahul is set to join team India in Sri Lanka after his long injury layoff. The Indian batter was included in the squad but was left off in India as he didn't recover fully from his issues.
India will be hopeful of their super fours chances and Rahul will reunite with his teammates in Colombo.

India coach Rahul Dravid explained the batter's situation as he was left out of the first two matches. Rahul spent time at NCA for the final turn of his rehabilitation and now has been cleared to join the rest of the squad.
It is reported that the player will fly to Colombo on Tuesday (September 5) and will be available for selection for India's Super Fours match which will be on Sunday (September 10) against Pakistan.
It is unclear when the India batter will leave, but unconfirmed sources have said KL Rahul may leave for Colombo in the morning from Bangalore.
India's first match against Pakistan got washed out. India are currently in a comfortable situation against Nepal and thus looking likely to advance to the next stage of the Asia Cup.
It is to be seen whether he remains in Colombo or then takes the next journey to Kandy as the Super Fours and other matches are poised to be moved to Kandy for adverse weather predictions in the Sri Lankan capital.
