The Super Four matches of the Asia Cup 2023 are set to be held in Colombo after the brief uncertainty of a venue change.
The Asia Cup matches in Sri Lanka have been rain-marred so far. Both of India's matches have seen rain intervention, with the first one against Pakistan getting called off due to rain, and the second one against Nepal being decided in the DLS method.

Sri Lanka has been experiencing heavy rainfall over the last few days. Although Kandy was having the rainfall in the past week, the capital city of Colombo is set to face the same fate in the latter part of this week.
There is more than 75 per cent rain prediction each day from September 5 to September 12, and it means playing in Colombo may again see rain-dominated affairs.
There was a brief discussion about moving the Super Fours matches to Kandy, as the central city is set to have better weather in the coming days. Later, it was also proposed that the matches may well be moved to Hambantota, but Sri Lanka CEO Ashley de Silva has put a lid on those potential thoughts.
"It was just rumour. We haven't made any changes in the schedule. The weather is fine in Colombo right now," he said.
The Super Four matches will start in Colombo on Saturday (September 9) and will continue till the Final on September 17. India will be taking on Pakistan in their Super Four match on September 10.
