IPL 2023: Chasing a massive 258-run target against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali on Friday, Punjab Kings (PBKS) youngster Atharva Taide came all guns blazing for his team. The 23-year-old uncapped player showed no signs of pressure while batting at number three.

Taide made sure that the fall of Punjab captain Shikhar Dhawan's wicket does not create pressure on the team by attacking from the very beginning. His flamboyant innings of 66 runs off just 36 balls consisted of eight fours and two sixes. He forged two crucial partnerships in the match.

He first partnered for 28 off 17 with Prabhsimran Singh before stitching another 78-run partnership off 47 balls with Sikandar Raza. he scored 16 off seven in the first stand, while 41 off 25 in the second.
