Australia are up against Pakistan in the 2nd Test of the three-match Test series in Melbourne.

During the Australian batting, Pat Cummins and Alex Carey managed to run five in a delivery without any boundary or No Ball.

On the cricket field, running three or four is not something we see regularly, and running five also without any extras involved is something which is an absolutely rare occurrence.

During Australia's batting on Friday, Aamer Jamal's delivery was pushed to the offside by Australia captain Pat Cummins. They took a couple of runs but the throw to the bowler's end was missed by Jamal and it resulted in an overthrow.

Imam ul Haq made a long chase to stop the ball from going to the boundary, and just managed to do so. The Pakistan batter pulled the ball off from the fence, but in the meantime, the Aussie pair ran three more runs.

Australia were bowled out for 262 runs in their 2nd innings as Shaheen Afridi and Mir Hamza picked up 4 wickets each for the visitors. Pakistan have a target of 317 runs and at the time of publishing this, they are 128 for 3 as Babar Azam and Saud Shakeel are at the crease.
