Australia completed a 3-0 whitewash over Scotland after winning the third T20I by six wickets at the Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh. Cameron Green emerged as the star for Australia in their final fixture before heading to England white-ball tour.
After Australia opted to bowl first, Cameron Green picked three wickets for 35 runs in four overs, and later scored unbeaten 62 runs off 39 balls to help his team chase a 150-run target in 16.1 overs.

The innings from Green consisted of two fours and five sixes. He partnered for 61 runs off 36 balls with captain Mitchell Marsh (31), and 52 off 30 with Tim David (25).
Travis Head and Jake Fraser-McGurk failed to go once again. While Travis Head was dismissed for 12 off 11, McGurk registered his second duck in the debut series.
Talking about Scotland, the hosts again made four changes, but none of them made any major impact. Brandon McMullen, who scored a fifty in the second game, was their highest run-scorer once again. The 24-year-old right-hander scored 56 off 39 balls with help of three fours and as many sixes, and finished as the leading run-scorer (134 in 3 innings) in the three-match series. Opener George Munsey (25) was the only other Scottish batter to cross the 20-run mark.
Australia would now be heading to England where they will play three T20I matches starting Wednesday, September 11. An ODI series of five matches will also be played with the first game scheduled in Southampton on September 19. Phil Salt will be leading the England T20I squad in the absence of injured Jos Buttler.
