Bengaluru, September 8: Coach Darren Lehmann will not be a part of the Australian team that will tour India soon to play five one-day internationals and three T20Is.
Lehmann has skipped the tour to prepare strategies for the upcoming Ashes, starting at Gabba, Brisbane, on November 23.
In the absence of Lehmann, bowling coach David Saker will assume the coaching duties and former stumper Brad Haddin will continue as the fielding coach.
Saker, who missed Australia's Test tour of Bangladesh recently, will join the squad before traveling to India.
Former pacer Ryan Harris did the bowling coach's duty in the absence of Saker in Bangladesh.
