Chennai Super Kings (CSK) recently won their record-equalling fifth IPL title by defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) in a last-ball thriller. The IPL 2023 champions looked in a spot of bother after GT posted 214/4 in 20 overs.
However, things changed drastically after rain reduced the target to 171 in 15 overs. The batting unit did an exceptional job to put their team on the cusp of an emphatic win before Ravindra Jadeja finished off things in style. The southpaw smashed a six and a four to gun down 10 from the last two balls.

Gujarat Titans had a bunch of world class players in their squad but MS Dhoni-led CSK still managed to defeat the most strongest and consistent team in the tournament. Chasing 171 against the likes of Mohammed Shami, Rashid Khan, Hardik Pandya and Mohit Sharma isn't a joke.
It's quite natural that even the best T20I teams in the world will find beating CSK really difficult. Will the Pakistan cricket team manage to topple the 'Men in Yellow' if at all there is a match between them?
It's definitely not going to be easy. CSK have a world-class opening pair in Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway. The side also has brilliant all-rounders in Ravindra Jadeja, Moeen Ali and Ben Stokes.
A strong Indian core in the middle-order comprising Ajinkya Rahane, Shivam Dube and Ambati Rayudu takes the team composition to another level. The pace unit of the team was one weakness but Dhoni sailed through with them.
Quite obviously, Pakistan will have a massive edge over CSK in the bowling department but we have tried to put on a team which can survive and prevail against CSK.
