BAN vs SA 2nd Test: Bangladesh will face South Africa in the second Test of the bilateral series on Tuesday, October 29, at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
The Bengal Tigers are still looking for their first Test win against the Proteas, losing by seven wickets in the first clash on October 21-24. After a poor outing in the first innings, Bangladesh fought back with 307 runs in the second outing. They had several players with impressive personal performances both with the bat and the ball.

Tajiul Islam took eight wickets over two innings to prevent South Africa from running away with the match, and Mehdy Hasan Miraz heartbreakingly saw his batting innings end at 97 runs.
However, excellent performances from players such as Kagiso Rabada (nine wickets) and Kyle Verreynne (114 runs) led to a comfortable victory for the visitors, with Bangladesh still searching for this first Test win in the post-Shakib era.
South Africa enjoy utter domination over Bangladesh in the longest format, winning 13 of the 15 Test matches played between the two countries. Two matches in 2015 ended in draws.
Even more depressingly, eight of South Africa’s 15 wins have been for a margin of over an innings, highlighting the Proteas\' prowess against their opponent.
