Bangladesh will face England in Match 7 of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 on Saturday, October 5, at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE.
Despite their opening-day win against Scotland by 16 runs, Bangladesh Women will very much go into Saturday’s match as the underdogs against England. The Three Lions will fancy themselves as title favourites, especially since they haven’t won the trophy since their inaugural edition triumph.

The 2018 runners-up will look to finally cross the finish line at this year’s Women’s T20 World Cup, and a victory in their opener would establish their title credentials.
Ahead of their clash on Saturday, England Women have a perfect head-to-head record against Bangladesh Women in T20I matches. In the three matches played between the two teams, England have won all three games, while Bangladesh are yet to secure their first victory.
