Cricket Australia (CA) has revealed the list of overseas player nominations for the upcoming Big Bash League (BBL) 14 draft, which is scheduled to be held in Melbourne on Sunday (September 1).
The BBL 2024 draft will be held on September 1 as the eight teams - Melbourne Stars, Melbourne Renegades, Sydney Thunder, Hobart Hurricanes, Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers - will secure overseas players for the 2024-25 season.

A total of 432 players from 23 countries have put their names forward, showcasing the global appeal and talent pool for the prestigious T20 competition in Australia. International talents from England, Pakistan, New Zealand, West Indies and South Africa dominate the list.
This year's draft will feature players even from associate nations, highlighting the growing reach and excitement surrounding the Big Bash League as players from Greece, Romania, USA, UAE, Uganda, Oman and Canada also have registered their names for the draft process.
England players dominate the list with 175 nominations followed by Pakistan, who have 71 players entering the draft. West Indies has 47 nominations, while USA has 26 players, including Saurabh Netravalkar and Ali Khan, feature in the list.
Some big name players like Jofra Archer, Fakhar Zaman and Lockie Ferguson among other also have registered their names for the draft. Here is the full list of players nominated for the draft:
